Pay & Compensation

Drivers earn:

• 25% of gross revenue on every completed load
• $35 daily per diem
• Average earnings of $5,000+ bi-weekly , based on performance and miles run
• Consistent freight opportunities nationwide

Big16 Trucking operates using a network of rental equipment partners throughout the country. This allows drivers access to dependable equipment while providing a major advantage when maintenance issues arise.

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Safe driving record
• Ability to operate throughout the continental United States
