How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Deliver compassionate direct nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality treatment tailored to their unique needs.
• Lead the coordination of care across multiple medical disciplines, serving as the central point of contact to ensure a seamless and well-organized experience for the patient.
• Manage the full patient journey by implementing care plans and proactively coordinating discharge needs with the healthcare team to ensure a safe transition to the next stage of recovery.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
