As a Security Officer Driving Patrol Role in Clayton, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, support access control functions, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Bring strong customer service and communication skills while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, donors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or medical-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity, verifying permissions as directed by location procedures, and reporting concerns in a timely manner.
• Support daily operations at a healthcare location by documenting incidents, completing routine reports, and assisting with security-related questions and/or directions as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
