Substantial Guaranteed Income: Secure a $292,953 base salary for full-time commitment, plus additional performance-based incentives.
Exceptional Debt Relief: Eliminate financial stress with $150,000 in student loan forgiveness and a $50,000 sign-on bonus upon joining.
Extensive Paid Time Off: Take advantage of 35 combined vacation and CME days, plus six paid holidays including a half-day on Christmas Eve.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Illinois.
