Pay: $18 hourly
Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk
DAILY: - (Data Entry)
-Perform day to day financial transactions by verifying, classifying, and entering supplier invoices.
-Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure all invoices and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
-Respond to vendor inquiries
-Resolve open purchase orders
-Complete to problem invoices
-Convert inventory return to voucher
-Email vendors to inquire about credits owed & enter in system
-Enter credits when received
