Eminent Domain Of Counsel
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex litigation matters in state and federal courts
- Focus on eminent domain and public land acquisition cases
- Manage cases from initial filings through trial and appeals
- Draft and argue motions
- Develop case strategy and trial preparation
- Take and defend depositions
- Represent public entity clients in land acquisition matters
- Participate in bench and jury trials
Qualifications:
- JD and licensed to practice in CA
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with motion practice, trial preparation, and case development
- Experience conducting and defending depositions
- Eminent domain, real estate, or real property law experience strong preferred
