About the Role:

Green View Remodeling is looking for a driven and personable Outside Marketing Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our brand, connecting with homeowners and helping them discover the remodeling solutions that transform their homes. Responsibilities:

• Represent Green View Remodeling in the field through door-to-door residential canvassing
• Engage homeowners in meaningful conversations to generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Educate potential customers on Green View Remodeling's products and services
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, outgoing personality
• Previous experience in outside sales, canvassing, lead generation, or marketing is not required, but is a plus
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings
• Comfortable with rejection and persistent in pursuing quality leads

Schedule:  

• Flexible schedules are avaiable
• Typical schedule for our Marketing Team is Monday-Friday, 12pm-7:30pm.  
• Weekend hours are available
