Business Engagement Manager Territory: IL, IN, OH, MI, WI, MN, ND, SD Job Summary The Business Engagement Manager will manage business in an assigned base of new and existing customers for Ophthalmology and Retina. The role reports to the Director of Business Engagement Management and serves as a key member of the commercial team within the region, responsible for securing MBOs, managing GPO contracts, conducting quarterly business reviews, retaining customers, and cultivating executive-level relationships. The position is based in a location with easy access to the customer base and requires travel up to 50%. Core Responsibilities Communicate, educate, and explain the posterior portfolio GPO contract offerings and updates to practices, ASC leaders, and executives. Act as a liaison between Harrow and assigned accounts. Use the CRM system appropriately. Execute cohesive strategies and collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, GPO, Market Access, and Inside Sales. Manage the operating expense budget for travel and customer training. Monitor portfolio product share within the assigned territory or accounts. Evaluate customer, market, and competitor activity and update the organization. Establish and maintain effective access and reimbursement initiatives, triage as needed. Utilize resources to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Communicate and collaborate with the Area Sales Director and KAM Team on strategic initiatives and physician engagement. Qualifications & Requirements 5–10+ years of strategic Retina and/or Ophthalmology sales experience, preferably in the ophthalmic market. Bachelor’s degree; MBA desirable (additional years of service may substitute for an MBA). Experience executing targeted business plans around priorities and goals. Business acumen for executive presentation, engagement, and follow‑up. Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including executive preparation and delivery. Creative problem‑solving and novel approach skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, exercise sound business judgment, critical thinking, and high ethical standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
