Physical Therapist - Home Health
Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc.
description : Provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, including the use of modalities, manual techniques and common exercise techniques. Instructs and guides patients through functional activities, such as bed mobility, transfers, gait, and balance activities. Works under minimal supervision and may mentor and train staff on technical skills. requirement : Day ShiftEducation and Work Experience:High School Education/GED or equivalent: RequiredAssociate?s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: PreferredTwo years' technical experience: PreferredExperience in therapy in an acute care environment, acute therapy unit and/or out patient setting: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in all applicable states of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredValid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
