Assistant Manager

Culver's of Mukwonago is looking for a dependable, team-focused Assistant Manager to own day-to-day operations, including: staffing, inventory, customer experience, and hitting service and cost targets.

Location note: This Culver's restaurant is located 45 minutes southwest of downtown Milwaukee . Address : 1090 N. Rochester St, Mukwonago, WI 53149

Pay: $22-25 an hour, based on experience and availability.

Schedule: Full-time, includes evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter!)

Responsibilities:
• Build and manage staff schedules
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for crew
• Monitor food cost, labor cost, and speed-of-service targets
• Ensure health, safety, and brand standards are met
• Handle customer escalations and staff performance issues

What we're looking for:
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service
• Comfortable with scheduling and basic P&L numbers
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification a plus
• Must be 18 years old or older

• Move items weighing up to 50 pounds for various needs
• Possess manual dexterity for assembly
• Able to reach, bend, push, pull and/or stretch body to grab or move items
• Remain in a standing/sitting position for 4 or more hours at a time
• Able to quickly move about inside and outside the restaurant
• Able to use various kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, grills, toasters, etc. if allowed to by law
• Exposure to cold temperatures from coolers and freezers, as well as heat from cooking equipment
• Exposure to weather such as heat, cold, rain, snow and wind
• Able to see, read, and comprehend a variety of written or displayed media
