Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Support Recruiters in Workday recruiting operations and job postings.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and recruiting reports.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Support hiring events and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• High school degree required. AA or College degree preferred.
• 1-3 years HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with ATS, CRM systems; Workday preferred.
• Strong communication skills

Compensation: $24.00-$28.88 DOE
