Store Area Team Leader The hourly pay range for this position is $24 to $26 per hour, and it is eligible for overtime at a rate of $36.00 to $39.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Profitability : Support company programs to maximize revenue, ensure smooth store operations in the leader’s absence, and reconcile daily funds per closing procedures. Backroom Efficiency : Lead freight flow, maintain an organized backroom, and achieve a 24‑hour freight turnaround. Inventory Management & Merchandising : Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure proper merchandising, manage product placement, and coordinate receiving and inspection of merchandise. Team Development : Recruit, train, and develop associates; identify high‑potential talent; create a supportive team environment. Store Culture & Standards : Exceed company standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation; lead by example and foster positive relationships with leadership, associates, and field management. Customer Service : Maintain exceptional customer service and store presentation. Technology Utilization : Support HCM processes, maintain Oracle systems, review Domo Store Spotlight, use Thinktime, and manage mobile device operations. Qualifications 4+ years of retail management experience or equivalent education and experience. Proficiency in the Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets). Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools. Work Environment Primarily a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety hazards. Long periods of standing, moving, and positioning during shifts. Variations in sales area, stockroom/receiving, and operations office conditions (temperature, dust, accessibility).
