A growing remodeling company is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead large-scale projects and oversee multiple crews. This role is responsible for managing daily job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong carpentry experience who can work independently, guide teams, and maintain strong communication with customers and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site operations and multiple crews
  
• Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on track
  
• Lead team meetings and delegate daily tasks
  
• Work hands-on to support project completion
  
• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity on-site
  
• Train and mentor team members
  
• Communicate updates, changes, and needs to PM and customers
  
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractors
  
• Complete daily logs, photos, and required documentation
  
• Maintain organized job sites, tools, and inventory
  

Qualifications and Skills

• 9+ years of carpentry experience (rough and finish)
  
• Leadership experience in construction or field operations
  
• Ability to read blueprints and manage projects
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Knowledge of safety standards and job site practices
  
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  
• Valid Driver’s License required
  
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in various conditions
  

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time
  
• First shift
  
• M,T,T,F - 8am - 4:30pm & W - 7:30am - 4:30pm
  
• $30+/hr based on experience
  
• Overtime available on a job to job basis
  
• Covering area: Erie, Buffalo, Ashtabula (and surrounding areas)
  
• Temp to hire or Direct Hire position
