Position: RN - Med/Surg Tele 
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Contract: 13–18 weeks
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week

Traveler Candidates Required: Accepted

Pay Rate

• Traveler: $2200 - $2320 Per week

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN with at least 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. The RN will provide direct patient care in a hospital telemetry setting while monitoring patients and coordinating care with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Assess patients and communicate changes in condition.

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure safe patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license in hand

• Recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience

• Ability to work night shifts, 3 × 12-hour shifts
