Join The Curated Closet as a Retail Sales Associate at beautiful Riverstone development in Coeur d'Alene, ID! Bring your passion for fashion and exceptional customer service to a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable shopping experiences. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the perfect clothing and accessories, providing personalized styling advice.
- Maintain a visually appealing store by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are up to date.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and foster loyalty through excellent service.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Participate in inventory management, including restocking and organizing stockroom.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support promotional events and store initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or retail is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods.
The Curated Closet is a new sustainable resale women's clothing boutique, offering a curated collection of clothing for all ages and sizes. Our unique shopping experience includes many local artisan made products from the great state of Idaho.
