Caregiver/HHA/CNA - Houston, TX

At Your Side Home Care Services- Willowbrook is seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Caregiver/HHA/CNA to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in Northwest Houston. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our elderly clients, while also enjoying a rewarding and fulfilling career.

About the Role:

As a Caregiver at At Your Side Home Care Services- Willowbrook, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to our clients, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands
• Medication Reminders
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to our clinical team
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver
• Must have own vehicle with insurance and driver's license
• Must reside in Northwest Houston (Spring, Klein, Tomball, Cypress, Jersey Village, Willowbrook, Champion Forest, Cy-Fair)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as transferring clients
• High school diploma or equivalent required
