The Shipping Clerk is responsible for supporting daily fulfillment operations by accurately picking, packing, labeling, and shipping customer and reps orders in a timely and efficient manner. This role ensures that all outgoing shipments meet Bomb Party’s quality, accuracy, and presentation standards while maintaining organized inventory flow and a clean, safe workspace.

The Shipping Clerk plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience by ensuring orders are processed with attention to detail, urgency, and care. This position partners with warehouse, inventory, and customer support teams to help meet operational goals, resolve shipping discrepancies, and support overall business efficiency. A successful Shipping Clerk is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining productivity in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

What You Do 

• Prepare outgoing shipments.
• Receive incoming shipments.
• Record shipping orders, label and pack items into containers for shipping.
• Verify and approve shipments (outgoing or incoming).
• Pull, scan, package, and label shipments
• Verify orders for accuracy

What You Bring

• The ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (e.g., 30-50 lbs or more), and move with agility is crucial. 
• Strong physical coordination is necessary for safely and effectively handling equipment and products. 
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking, order accuracy, and other logistical tasks.

Schedule

• First Shift: Full-time on-site position, Sunday -Thursday  3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
• Second Shift Full-time on-site position, Monday- Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM 
• Occasional overtime is required.
