Part-Time Geriatric Behavioral Health Clinician

Prairie View Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Outpatient Clinician to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services to adults, seniors, and families at Westview Nursing Center (Peabody, KS) with coordination through the Hillsboro office. You will conduct assessments, diagnostics, individual and family therapy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care from admission to discharge.
