Now Hiring: Purchasing Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Approximately 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Analyst with experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase metals, raw materials, and production supplies

• Analyze inventory levels and production requirements to determine purchasing needs

• Utilize ERP systems to manage purchasing activities and inventory data

• Develop and maintain vendor relationships

• Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials

• Resolve shortages, delays, and other supply chain issues

• Support production operations by ensuring material availability

Qualifications:

• Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment required

• Experience sourcing metals, raw materials, and production supplies

• Strong ERP system experience required

• Ability to analyze inventory and production data to support purchasing decisions

• Proven vendor management and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
