Production Maintenance Supervisor

I'm partnering with a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing company that is looking to add a Production Maintenance Supervisor to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys developing teams, improving equipment reliability, and working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians supporting production and packaging equipment Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime Coordinate work orders, maintenance scheduling, and spare parts inventory through a CMMS Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive continuous process improvements Ensure compliance with cGMP/FDA standards and company safety requirements Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams on equipment improvements, investigations, and capital projects Support employee training and development while fostering a strong safety culture What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar preferred) Previous leadership or supervisory experience Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software (Maximo experience is a plus) Strong mechanical troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of cGMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing environments What You’ll Receive Competitive base salary ($95,000–$100,000 DOE) Bonus opportunity Opportunity to join a growing organization where reliability, quality, and continuous improvement are highly valued Schedule This is an off-shift leadership position supporting manufacturing operations.
