Do you love working with children and being part of a team that makes learning fun and meaningful? Trinity Lutheran Academy is looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Lead Teacher to join our Christ-centered preschool community!

As an Lead Teacher, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where our little learners can grow and thrive. You’ll support the Admin. in bringing exciting educational activities to life, build strong relationships with children and families, and help make each day feel special in our classroom.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 7-1PM

What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping create a loving and safe space where children feel valued and heard
• Supporting fun, hands-on learning activities that spark curiosity and creativity
• Observing and documenting children’s interests and progress
• Communicating positively with families and team members
• Assisting in the daily classroom routine and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting our school’s Christian values and nurturing each child’s unique spirit

Available Monday–Friday, 7am-1pm – You’re dependable and ready to bring your best each afternoon.

❤️ CPR/First Aid Certified – Or you're willing to get certified to help keep our kiddos safe.

Clear background check with fingerprinting – We will set this up for you! Safety is a top priority in our school family.

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance – Because showing up matters, and our kids love seeing your face every day!

The purpose of Trinity Lutheran Academy is to nurture children's spiritual, physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth through a planned sequence of age appropriate learning, faith building, play, and interactive activities. It is well established that children learn best through active learning and play, especially at an early age. The church and school strive to reach out to families through worship, education, witness, service, and fellowship. Our Academy's programs provide care and education for children from 6 weeks - 5 years.
