Your role with us For our growing team, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation & Lead Generation Specialist (m/f/d) who is passionate about building and scaling data-driven lead-gen systems with a focus on modern AI and agent‑based automation. A varied scope of work awaits you, centered on growth, funnel optimization and Agentic AI, along with a motivated team. How you’ll support our team Building, operating and continuously optimizing data-driven lead generation systems (inbound & outbound) Developing and implementing automated outreach campaigns (e.g. email, LinkedIn using tools such as Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist) Using AI and agent‑based systems (Agentic AI) to scale research, personalization and content creation (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, GPT APIs) Identifying, enriching and qualifying target accounts (e.g. with Clay, Apollo, Phantombuster) Building and maintaining marketing automations (e.g. with Make, Zapier or comparable tools) Creating, testing and optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels Building and scaling Growth Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for AI‑supported content and SEO optimization (e.g. automated content creation, programmatic SEO, data‑driven keyword and topic clusters) Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs (e.g. CPL, conversion rate, pipeline contribution) using common analytics and tracking tools Working closely with sales, in particular using and maintaining CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or comparable) Documenting and further developing processes, systems and automations Identifying and implementing new growth approaches through testing, iteration and data‑driven decisions What will impress us Experience in lead generation, growth marketing or marketing automation (ideally in a B2B environment) Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization and targeted prospecting Hands‑on mentality – you implement systems and campaigns independently Experience with modern tools for automation, lead‑gen and outreach (e.g. Make, Zapier, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead) Practical experience using AI in marketing (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai or comparable systems) Interest or experience in agent‑based systems (Agentic AI) A structured, analytical and data‑driven way of working Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently Strong communication skills within the team and with internal stakeholders Fluent German (C1) and very good English (at least B2) European citizenship or a permanent work visa for Germany What will surprise us A proven track record of building scalable lead‑gen systems with measurable results Strong technical understanding (e.g. APIs, data structures, automations, workflows) Experience building automations, scripts or AI‑supported systems (e.g. AI agents, GPT workflows) Experience with modern lead‑gen and outreach tools (e.g. Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead) A developer mindset: you think in systems, enjoy building and automate manual processes Experience in a SaaS, cloud or tech environment An understanding of tracking, attribution and data‑driven marketing Why you should join us Remote work & flexibility What we enable for our customers with our product also applies to you: work from the office, hybrid or up to 100% remote from home, and manage your working hours flexibly.
