Lynnwood Server Trainee

Job DetailsJob Location: Lynnwood Baekjeong - Lynnwood, WA 98037Salary Range: $19.13 - $19.13 HourlyJob Category: Restaurant - Food ServiceJob Purpose: - The server will be passionate about food, customer service, and creating an excellent experience for guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers
• Explain our menu to customers
• Grill meats at table
• Upsell sides and drinks
• Enter food and beverage orders in POS system
• Transport food and beverage safely
• Set up and break down dining areas
• Sanitize, refill and stock service areas
• Process payments
• Other duties as assigned

Paid sick leave accrues at the rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked with an unlimited carryover cap. QualificationsRequired Education:

• High School or GED
• Food Handlers Card
• Mandatory Alcohol Server Training

Required Experience: - At least one year prior server experience Preferred Experience: - Server experience in a fast-paced full service restaurant setting Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong customer service
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds
• Ability to communicate food and beverage knowledge and orders
• Ability to safely perform duties in restaurant setting

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• Grill experience
• Basic knowledge of wide variety of cuts of meat
