Independence Pet Holdings is seeking a Lead Data Scientist with hands-on pricing experience in P&C or pet insurance to join our R&D team. This senior individual contributor will lead pricing model development, drive analytical best practices, and serve as a pricing SME for the organization. You will own projects end-to-end—from scoping to delivery—and balance a portfolio of 2–4 initiatives across pricing, research and model enhancement, communicating complex modeling to both technical and #J-18808-Ljbffr Independence American Insurance Company
