Position Overview\nWe are actively seeking compassionate and proficient Mental Health Therapists—specifically Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)—to join our dynamic team at Spring Valley Psychiatric Services. This full-time remote position plays a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional therapeutic care and support to our diverse clientele in Atlanta, Georgia. The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment\nOur work setting is fully remote, offering flexibility that caters to the diverse schedules of our staff while ensuring we meet the needs of our clients. The position involves a weekday work schedule from Monday to Friday, with hours from 9 AM to 4 PM. There may be some flexibility in these hours to accommodate the varying needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\nAs a Mental Health Therapist with Spring Valley Psychiatric Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough clinical assessments and evaluations utilizing best practice guidelines and solution-focused methodologies to establish personalized treatment plans that address unique client needs. \n
- Implementing therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities tailored to the client’s therapeutic journey. \n
- Maintaining meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards. \n
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners, to provide comprehensive care. \n
- Participating in regular case consultation meetings and peer reviews aimed at enhancing clinical skills and ensuring the highest quality of care. \n
- Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and available community resources. \n
- Staying informed regarding the latest research developments and emerging best practices in the mental health field. \n
You will be supporting a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Each client’s background and experiences are unique, providing an enriching opportunity to apply tailored therapeutic interventions and connect with clients on a personal level, thus making a significant impact on their mental well-being.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- An active, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Georgia as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. \n
- An ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues. \n
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling effective intervention planning. \n

While not mandatory, candidates who bring the following experience are strongly preferred:

- Experience working within a remote therapy setting and familiarity with teletherapy tools. \n
