Out Patient Family Medicine

\n Seeking a Family Practice physician to work with a well established, nationally recognized community health facility located in Chicago. Office is comprised of family medicine, pediatrics, OB/Gyn, behavior health, nursing staff and a pharmacy.
\n They are seeking a physician that shares their mission and passion for working in a community health environment. 

\n They will offer a flexible schedule: \n

5 -8hr days with allotted Admin time 
\n Only one 1/2 day on Saturday once a month which you will have time off during the week

\n

Call by phone only 1:7 - one week after 5pm every 7 weeks, very light call

\n

Out patient only
\n Reasonable patient volume

\n

$185k-$195k alary with bonus structure
\n $12k quarterly production bonus

\n $10,000 sign on bonus
\n $5,000 retention bonus
\n Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage \n

3 weeks paid vacation to start

\n

80 hours PTO
\n CME - one week paid plus $2,000
\n Health, life, vision, dental and disability insurance

\n
