Join a Established and Essential Insurance Organization in North Carolina as a Database Developer ! What You'll Do: Develop and maintain SQL databases, stored procedures, SSIS, SSRS, and ETL processes. Design database solutions, optimize performance, and support reporting and business needs. Improve data processes and collaborate with IT teams on technology solutions. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 2+ years of Microsoft SQL Server, T‑SQL, and Microsoft BI experience. Knowledge of data warehousing, data architecture, and Agile development. Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
