Harry Winston is seeking an exceptional Senior Designer to join the Creative Services team and contribute to the evolution of one of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands. This role plays a key part in shaping and executing the digital experiences that support global 360 marketing initiatives and reinforce Harry Winston’s iconic visual identity.

Reporting to the Director, Design and working closely with the Director, Creative Services, the Senior Designer will lead the creation of refined, brand-aligned digital assets across web, mobile, and digital marketing platforms. Additionally, this role will concept and develop 360 campaigns that span both print and digital executions.

\n

\n

From concept through execution, the ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of luxury visual storytelling, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand heritage into compelling modern design.

Key Duties

\n

\n
• Design and maintain visually compelling, consumer-based web experiences ensuring the highest standards of luxury design and brand consistency.
\n
• Create responsive website layouts, landing pages, campaign pages, and digital assets for desktop and mobile devices.
\n
• Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and web best practices.
\n
• Lead the design and evolution of website assets and digital storytelling, aligning seasonal launches, collections, and brand narratives across platforms.
\n
• Create visually sophisticated, brand-consistent designs across all digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences.
\n
• Partner with the Director, Design and Director, Creative Services to translate marketing strategies into 360° digital creative executions that reflect the prestige and refinement of the brand.
\n
• Support photoshoot preparation and post-production processes, including image selection, retouching direction, cropping, and final asset preparation.
\n
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including print, motion, marketing, and production to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of creative assets.
\n
• Monitor performance of digital assets post-launch and provide thoughtful design insights to optimize engagement and visual impact.
\n
• Contribute to creative presentations, concept development, mood boards, and visual storytelling for seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives.
\n
• Stay informed of emerging trends in digital design, luxury branding, motion, and AI-assisted creative tools, bringing forward innovative ideas that enhance the brand’s digital presence.

Job Qualifications

\n

Required:

\n

\n
• 5-7+ years of professional experience in digital and print design preferably within luxury, fashion, jewelry, beauty.
\n
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design for global luxury 360 marketing campaigns across print and digital channels
\n
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and modern digital design workflows.
\n
• Ability to create prototypes and high-end mockups.
\n
• Strong understanding of cross-platform digital experiences.
\n
• Experience collaborating with developers, designers, content teams, and project managers.
\n
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple 360 campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while maintaining luxury level execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
\n
• Experience supporting photoshoots and art direction within a luxury brand or creative agency environment.
\n
• Knowledge of post-production workflows and image retouching processes.
\n
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
\n
• Familiarity with AI-driven image creation tools and emerging creative technologies.
\n
• Experience with motion design and basic animation tools.
\n
• Experience working with design systems or digital asset management platforms.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across global markets.
\n
• Experience working for a jewelry, fashion, beauty, or luxury brand.
