Full Stack Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices while delivering high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.


Rate Range: $55/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Full Stack Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customer-focused software solutions.
• Create and implement software architecture, integration strategies, and deployment approaches that support performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services while ensuring secure, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices to improve software quality and deployment efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance while evaluating and adopting new technologies to support evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years of hands-on software development experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, GitHub, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and modern software development practices.
• Proven experience developing scalable full-stack applications, implementing CI/CD and Agile methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance software solutions.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
