Senior Analyst, Procure to Pay

Work you'll do

As a Services Specialist, Finance Services on the Global Finance Services team, you will:

• Run and monitor payment cycles across check and electronic payment methods, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and approval requirements.
• Manage payment exceptions and inquiries, including rejected electronic payments, rush requests, stop payments, voids, reissues, and proof-of-payment support.
• Administer check operations, including check printing, distribution, returned mail handling, address issue resolution, and reissuance coordination.
• Support disbursement-related testing and change activities, including system upgrades, banking changes, and new payment methods, with validation and issue triage.
• Maintain process documentation and identify opportunities to improve standardization, efficiency, audit readiness, and payment cycle performance.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of finance and accounting experience in accounts payable, disbursements, or payment operations
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, accounts payable (AP) systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting check and electronic payment operations
• Ability to work in the Hermitage, TN office at least one day per week in alignment with the team's schedule
• Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

• Proficiency with SAP
