We are looking for a Full-Time Custodian.The Custodian performs basic custodial/janitorial maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment community. Keeps the property in a clean and orderly condition. Join Anza Today!Custodian Responsibilities:Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and light scrubbingGather and empty trashService, clean, and supply restroomsCleaning using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegeesDust furniture and wallsMonitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors as neededNotify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.Why Anza Management?
