European experience a PLUS* 7+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic* **7+ years Diagnostic experience required-**must be familiar with diagnosing and repair various makes/models of vehicles* ASE or Manufacture Specific Certifications Preferred but Not Required* **Desire to meet or exceed hourly goals (50+ hours weekly)*** Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes* Professional appearance and strong communication* A desire for long-term career development## Physical Requirements* Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds* Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head* Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair* Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools* Walk/stand for the majority of their workday* Drive manual transmissions vehicles* Efficiently navigate a computer## Additional InformationChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
