Forklift/Crane Operator – Immediate Opening!

People Plus is seeking a dependable and safety-focused  Forklift/Crane Operator to join a growing team! If you have experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes and are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM until finish

• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment. 
• Load, unload, move, and position materials throughout the facility. 
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns. 
• Verify load weights and ensure proper rigging and safe lifting practices. 
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and operating procedures. 
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members during material movement. 
• Maintain equipment inspection logs and operational records. 
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. 

• Previous forklift and/or overhead crane operating experience preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic. 

• Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. 
• Stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. 
• Comfortable working in warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or outdoor environments. 
• Ability to work at heights when required and wear appropriate PPE.
