Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction
\n \nJupiter, FL | Up to $180,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits
\nWe’re working with a highly regarded General Contractor in Jupiter that is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to its healthcare construction team.
\n \nThis is a genuine long-term opportunity with a growing contractor that has built an excellent reputation across South Florida. They have a strong pipeline of healthcare work and are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects while becoming an important part of the team as the business continues to grow.
\n \nThe Role
\nAs Senior Project Manager, you’ll take responsibility for healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through to final closeout, working closely with clients, Superintendents, APMs and the wider project team.
\n \nYou’ll be responsible for:
\n- \n
- Full project ownership from preconstruction through completion \n
- Managing budgets, schedules, contracts and procurement \n
- Subcontractor buyout and management \n
- Change orders, RFIs, submittals and project documentation \n
- Working closely with field teams to keep projects on schedule \n
- Maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects and healthcare clients \n
- Managing and mentoring APMs and Project Engineers \n
- Identifying issues early and driving projects through to successful completion \n
What We're Looking For
\nWe’re particularly interested in speaking with Senior PMs who have worked for a General Contractor and have experience delivering healthcare construction projects.
\n \nGround-up healthcare experience is highly desirable, although candidates with strong hospital renovation and occupied healthcare experience will also be considered.
\n \nYou should be comfortable managing substantial projects independently and dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
