Senior Finance Operations Manager

Leading accounts payable and billing and collections functions, the full-time Senior Finance Operations Manager will own the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes while managing teams across the US, Philippines, and Colombia in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee the full procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring PO compliance and managing vendor payments across multiple entities Manage billing accuracy, cash application, and collections processes, particularly for large DSO accounts Design and implement controls over financial processes, delivering reconciliations and serving as the primary contact for auditors Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 8+ years of experience in general ledger or public accounting, with 3+ years in a leadership role in AP, AR, or finance shared services Hands-on knowledge of AP and AR transactions and their impact on the general ledger Experience in high transaction volume operational businesses, such as manufacturing or healthcare services Advanced skills in Excel and experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
