Starting Pay: $ 14.22 - $ 22.00 /hour ; Depending on community, experien ce , program, and shift.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general building and property maintenance .

Requirements for the Maintenance Technician:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 years of maintenance experience.
In lieu of 3 years of relevant experience, 6 months specific education in one of the following trades: Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; or Carpentry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid PA Driver's License.
