Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:Perform routine and specialized nuclear medicine procedures and examinations for radiological diagnosisAdminister radio-pharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic proceduresProvide images, data analysis and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic proceduresProcess data and enhancing digital images using advanced computer technologyEvaluate images to determine the technical quality and calibration of instrumentationEvaluate new protocolsAssists in the completion of the accreditation process for American College of Radiology (ACR) every 3 yearsPerform quality control and reporting tasks, setting up and conducting procedures, maintain day-to-day schedules, assisting radiologist, and contributing to the efficient operation of the department assuring the quality and continuity of patient careAcquire patients' chart data/requisition and reviews both to determine correct room set-up and learn of any specific medical problems, contraindications to the study and verify that the study being ordered correlates to the diagnostic needsEducate patients regarding procedure, equipment and exam to ensure understanding and safetyReview each examination for technical accuracy, presents completed examinations to radiologist, and communicates pertinent data to persons responsible for the care of patients following the procedureYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Associate Degree or Bachelor DegreeCNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certificationRegistered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists2+ years of experiencePreferred Qualifications:Associate degree or Baccalaureate degree in radiography, radiology, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicinePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment.
