Job Details The Lobby Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors entering the commercial high-rise building. This role involves providing a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the security and safety of the premises, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and Assistance:
- Warmly greet tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
- Provide directions, information, and assistance regarding building amenities, services, and surrounding areas.
- Address and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter.
- Verify identification and issue visitor passes as necessary.
- Maintain a visitor log and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Conduct regular surveillance of the lobby area and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations, and assist as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Relay important information or updates to tenants and guests as required.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address any issues or concerns.
- Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
