Job Title: Extrusion Operator – 3rd Shift Location: Huntington Beach, CA 92647 Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Pay Rates & Schedules: $23.00/hr - Schedule3B (Days Off: Sunday & Monday) $23.50/hr - Schedule3C (Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday) $23.50/hr - Schedule3D (Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday) Job Summary The Extrusion Machine Operator performs semi-skilled work operating extrusion equipment. Responsibilities include machine setup based on production orders, monitoring product quality, and packaging finished materials in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate extrusion machines according to production orders Check equipment controls and safety features prior to operation Monitor product quality and adjust machine settings as needed Collect samples for quality control testing Label and package finished products per work order instructions Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow OSHA safety standards at all times Wear a respirator as required during machine setup Follow written and verbal instructions accurately Work effectively with team members and supervisors Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent work experience Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Ability to work in a team environment Must be able to wear a respirator Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Additional Information Reports to: Extrusion Manager Department: Extrusion Classification: Hourly Long-term opportunity with consistent scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr
