#Tier2 Travel Compliance

• RTO: Required at time of submission
• # of jobs in system we can sub: any/all of them
• Requires specific amount of exp.: 3+ years experience for all RN units preferred (ICU, ED, L&D, Med Surg, ACU); willing to consider 2.5+ years
• Valid State License: No, but must have in hand before start
• Mile Radius Rule Applies: 75 miles
• References Required: Yes, 2 at time of submission

• Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals nearby: No
• Copy of Certifications: Not required at time of submission; will need for compliance

• Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Hits get sent to the facility for approval
• Return Staff Policy: Will accept return travelers, must have been gone for 6+ months before returning
• There is ZERO tolerance for marijuana at this facility and if traveler tests positive for THC, they will automatically cancel their contract.
