Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - NICU

• Stabilize and care for neonates from admission to discharge
• Assist with labor, delivery, and recovery of patients
• Provide post-operative care for cesarean section patients
• Care for high-risk patients in the perinatal unit
• Perform procedures such as central line placement and intubations

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - NICU

• NRP, BLS, STABLE (preferred) certifications
• Experience in NICU or similar care settings
• Proficient with equipment such as giraffe isolettes, CPAP, and vents
