This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across multiple clinical and administrative locations in rural New York.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the deployment of Cisco switches, routers, and endpoints under the direction of network engineers.Support PC imaging, customization, deployment, and asset recovery.Perform unboxing, burn-in testing, tagging, and documentation of IT equipment.Travel to various clinics and hospital locations within a 20–30 mile radius of Herkimer, NYWork collaboratively with team leads and senior technicians to execute installations and troubleshoot issues.Maintain accurate records of deployed and recovered assets.Follow established procedures and adapt to site-specific requirements.
