Senior Sterile Processing Tech SMMC Sterile ProcessThis position will be working primarily independently - strong critical thinking and communication skills required. All experience requirements are hard stops. Do not pass or screen.Experience Requirements:5 years exp (3 of which should be in a shift lead/preceptor/team lead exp in a hospital setting)No first time travelers - hard stopVariable availability required, but this position will mostly cover 1900-0330 and 2130-0600 shifts. On call required. Weekends may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered.The shifts are variable and are the following:0500-13300630-15000700-15301000-18301330-22001900-03302130-0600On call shifts are the following:2200-0700 weekdays0700-1900 weekends/holidays0700-0700 weekends/holidaysAll call is split within the department as fairly as possible.
