The SMT Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of Surface Mount Technology equipment within a PCB assembly manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate placement of electronic components, performs inspections, and maintains production efficiency while adhering to IPC-A-610, AS9100D, and ISO 13485 quality standards. Responsibilities include machine setup, component loading, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing inspections, and maintaining production and quality documentation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
