Assist leaders with store operations and duties. Achieve sales goals and KPIs, potentially earning additional bonus payments. Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless as needed. These events support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth. Employees will receive reasonable notice of scheduled events, which are considered a condition of employment. Duties may include engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown. Job Qualifications Fluent in two or more languages, specifically English and Spanish. Clear communication skills with a positive attitude and technical aptitude. Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity. Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong Social Media presence preferred. Must have reliable transportation to the location. Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location, with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed. Ability to operate a personal computer. Adherence to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking purposes. May need to stand for long periods while providing customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
