Job ID: PHS-6564 Position: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Shift Schedule: 06:30 - 17:00 (Days) Start Date: 05/18/2026 - 08/16/2026 Job Type: Traveler Pay: $90-$95 per hour Key Responsibilities: (4) 10‑hour shifts per week, 6:30‑17:00. Scrubs and monitors cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology procedures. Access site and symptom management, including sheath removal. Respond to emergency and after‑hours calls (approximately 15 call shifts required at minimum). Schedules in‑patients and out‑patients for all procedures. Assist in admitting, recovering, and discharging in‑patients and out‑patients. Acts as the first assist to physicians, working independently. Qualifications: Previous Cath Lab experience required. Must have experience in cardiac catheterization laboratory, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology, with on‑call responsibilities. Certified Cardiovascular Technician (CCPT) with invasive emphasis, or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification preferred. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required; Basic Life Support (BLS) acceptable. Strong ability to work independently and as a primary assist during procedures.
