Job Description
Bartenders play a crucial role in delivering excellent hospitality service in a small team setting. They are responsible for preparing drinks, managing customer relations, maintaining bar stock, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and inviting. This role requires dedication to customer satisfaction and teamwork within a small group of 1-3 staff members. Qualified individuals may be eligible for insurance benefits after an appropriate period on the job.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs
- Stock and organize bar supplies and inventory
- Cut fruit and prepare garnishes for drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Take and process customer orders
- Handle cash and process payments securely
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality service
