As an Auto Insurance Trainee, you’ll play a key role in driving business success. You’ll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Bring to Our Team A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to exceed performance and sales goals Confident, outgoing personality and a customer-first approach Detail-oriented and organized—someone who can multitask under pressure Reliable and accountable—you're someone your team can count on Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment High school diploma or equivalent Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—but not required A Day in the Life Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory Salary Expectations – The expected salary range for this position is $41,600 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
