Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking an outgoing and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, FL 32256. This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, offering a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, assisting with account and order-related questions, scheduling appointments, managing emails and phone calls, and maintaining accurate customer records. Candidates should be comfortable multitasking, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with customers and team members alike.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, or call center experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Friendly, professional, and highly outgoing personality

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
