Dental Hygienist — Marietta Dentist
Location: 109 Powers Ferry Rd, Marietta, GA 30067
Compensation: $50/hr base + uncapped production bonus
Schedule: Full-time

We provide a strong $50/hour base for security, then share the upside with you: once you pass your production goal, you earn a percentage of every dollar of adjusted production above it, with no cap. Your effort, your clinical excellence, and your ability to help patients say "yes" to the care they need translate directly into your paycheck.

We pair you with AI-assisted diagnostics (Pearl), digital imaging, and a fully supported clinical team so you can focus on what you do best: exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver thorough, high-quality periodontal and preventive hygiene care.
• Use intraoral photography and AI-supported imaging to help patients clearly see and understand their oral health.
• Partner with the doctor to identify and communicate treatment needs, seeding restorative and periodontal care so patients understand why it matters.
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental.
• Help drive treatment reappointment and case acceptance through trust-based patient education.
• Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture at Marietta Dentist.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Georgia dental hygiene license in good standing.
• Strong clinical skills and a genuine commitment to periodontal health.
• Excellent communication — you build trust quickly and patients listen to you.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to use modern diagnostic tools.

Compensation Details:

• Base pay: $50.00/hour — strong, stable, paid for every clinical hour.
• Production bonus: A percentage of adjusted production earned above your monthly production goal, uncapped.
• "Adjusted production" means your full production at our fee schedule, minus contractual PPO write-offs — so you're rewarded for the real clinical value you generate.
• Goals are set at attainable levels so high performers consistently earn above base.
